Good Faith Reservation Deposit of $500.00. This non-refundable deposit will be subtracted from the amount of your tour.
A 25% non-refundable deposit due 45 days prior to tour paid by bank transfer, check or money order. This amount will be subtracted from the cost of the tour.
Full balance due payable 30 days prior to departure by bank transfer, check or money order.
A Listing of Profile Numbers corresponding to female clients to whom you desire Private Introductions due 45 days prior to departure. .
A passport which is valid for at least six months upon your return to the United States.
A Russian or Ukrainian Visa supplied courtesy of our agency. All necessary paperwork, copy of passport ( Russia ) or physical passport ( Ukraine ) and 3 passport style photos must be in our office 30 days prior to departure date or expedited service fees of up to $500.00 will apply. ( Germany and England Passport holders will be supplied with Russian visa invitation ONLY and will need to obtain a Russian visa from the Russian Embassy in the respective country )

      Client is personally responsible for all airfare & hotel costs for himself, selected women and the Tour Director when and if required. Client may be required to Western Union funds to Russia or the Ukraine for selected women's travel expenses who reside outside St. Petersburg or Kiev prior to tour departure date. Client is personally responsible for all restaurant, tips and entertainment costs for himself, his date, Matchmaking Specialist and/or Translator/Interpreter, driver and/or security personal and Companion Program personal who may accompany Client throughout the duration of clients stay. Client is responsible for any and all travel expenditure of all entourage personal should client request travel outside St. Petersburg or Kiev. Additional overnight and after midnight fees applicable for car, driver and/or security. Additional security and security transportation available upon request for additional fees. Personalized Gift Purchasing services available upon request.
      Note: Women from outside St. Petersburg or Kiev may travel with a parent or other family member.

      Client agrees to supply the Agency with necessary credit card information and signed credit card release form, in order to properly book and prepay for clients and Tour Operators reservations in the Hotel Europe or the Ukraina Hotel . Client agrees to supply Agency with copy of passport, drivers' license and 3 passport style photographs for ID purposes and Russian Visa procurement. If Clients expected stay is longer than 30 days in Russia , a business visa will be necessary or client agrees to follow Agency suggested methods as to the best way to obtain an extended or new visa at the Clients additional expense. Business visas are available for additional fees. Most expenses are applicable to major credit cards however Client should bring funds in the form of American Express Traveler's checks and cash to cover any incidental expenses.
